Your Plan For Success

The Program
$200 per month with a $200 start up fee.
**Depending on financial situations, students may be eligible for a discounted monthly fee through an alternative program.
  1. Basic or Paid* TrainingPeaks account (Coach-Athlete synced).
  2. Science-based and individualized training program along with strength training.
  3. Unlimited modifications to your training plan in case of emergency, changed plans, weather-related issues. 
  4. Unlimited communication through text, coach OR athlete-initiated. 
  5. Up to 2x - 30 minute athlete meetings every month. You will schedule through a link in TrainingPeaks. Additional meetings will incur a $30 charge per 30 minute session. 
  6. Additional pre-race strategizing sessions and post-race recap analyses will be scheduled through a link in TrainingPeaks. This will include a best bike split plan for A-Races. 
  7. Workout feedback/analysis through text or TrainingPeaks comments.

***Stoppage of program requires a 30-day notice and complete monthly payment.
