Our Philosophy

We take a unique approach to training. At the core of our philosophy, is that nothing is more important than the individual. As a human being, you have experienced your own past, are experiencing your own present, and will experience your own future. Each person that comes to us  is so different than the next and we must honor that and first identify your strengths, address what you would like to improve upon, and then create a sustainable program to get you there. The idea here is that we address so many facets of life outside of training first, then work to integrate a high-level training plan into life. Our goal is to not coach you forever, our goal is to give you the tools you need to craft a life of happiness, health, and wellness. 

Now, this approach is not for everyone. However, we find that this is the best way to teach our athletes the three cornerstones of life and endurance: patience, perseverance, and discipline. If you think you have a similar mindset, please reach out. We would look forward to working with you.
